If a child is in immediate danger, call 911. Missing child? Also call NCMEC 24/7:1-800-THE-LOST

Independent · Community-centered

No child should go missing to be seen. Every child deserves to be SEEN.

Our mission: SEEN finds missing children, draws attention to the cases the media overlooks, and connects families with visibility, resources, and support.

See something right now? Call 911 first. Then share what you know with SEEN.

Why SEEN exists

Every Missing Child Deserves to Be Seen.

SEEN works to increase awareness of missing children, help families access support, and connect communities with responsible opportunities to assist. We use technology, verified information, and community partnerships to help ensure that children whose cases receive limited attention are not overlooked.

  • Reports are not the same as unresolved cases. Most reported children are found, many quickly. The children still missing need sustained attention.
  • Timely, accurate information matters. Correct details shared fast give communities and investigators the best chance to help.
  • Public awareness helps. When more people see a verified notice, more people can recognize a child and report what they know.
  • Families can struggle to be heard. Getting attention, support and answers is hard, especially without connections or resources.
  • Visibility regardless of background. SEEN helps cases get appropriate visibility whatever a child's background or a family's finances.
  • Only verified cases. We never show unverified submissions as confirmed missing children.

Every set of eyes matters

Communities find children. We help them do it responsibly.

Share only verified case pages, never speculate about families, and send what you know to SEEN or law enforcement — not to social media comments.
